When customers post a job to do they expect to receive a few quotes, but they don’t want to be flooded with businesses contacting them. Being able to predict how many quotes a job will receive is important.
Our Solution
Moxy developed a machine learning algorithm that could accurately predict the number of quotes a job would receive taking into account various factors such as job type and geography.
Based on those predictions, the business was able to intervene by providing better feedback to job posters and tailoring the amount of promotion each new listing received.
